We use gentle sugar-based exfoliants and nourishing oils, but clients with very sensitive or reactive skin should notify their therapist. A brief skin patch test can be done, and we will adjust pressure, product choice, or recommend alternative treatments if necessary.

For maintenance, schedule a scrub every two to four weeks depending on activity level and dryness. Those with very dry or callused feet may benefit from weekly sessions initially, then taper to monthly once skin has improved.

Yes. The sugar scrub removes dead, thickened skin while oils and moisturizers promote healing and hydration. Regular treatments combined with at-home moisturizing and gentle filing can significantly reduce cracking and help prevent future heel fissures.

Most clients find the treatment comfortable; pressure is customized to your preference. The scrub is exfoliating but not abrasive. If you feel discomfort or irritation at any time, tell your therapist immediately so products or technique can be adjusted.

Do not receive the scrub if you have open wounds, active infections, recent foot surgery, uncontrolled diabetes or severe circulatory problems. Inform us of medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy so we can tailor or recommend an appropriate safe alternative.
